Atwood Rv Water Heater Not Hot Enough

I have been told it is a fixed thermostat but it should be fixed at a hotter fixed setting from factory.

Atwood rv water heater not hot enough. Now i can take a shower with out cold water added. Before it would get extremely hot. The problem just started a couple of days ago. Not that i know of how do you check coolant level.
